Utorrents torrent not downloading red

Currently I have two torrents from separate trackers that are on 0B of OB status. I am using transmission. On one torrent at last announce it says "got 50 peers" the other "got 48 peers." port is listed as open. I have changed the ownership of the download folder to debian-transmission. Any ideas? I'm fresh out of troubleshooting steps. My download bar is red, but still downloading? Close. 2. Posted by 6 years ago. More posts from the utorrent community. 0. Posted by 3 days ago. In the torrent I am currently downloading, there's a section called seeds/peers that says , and on another file it .  · Posted September 1, Just moved into an apartment building and I cannot torrent anymore. I am using utorrent I tried tweaking the settings, made sure my port was forwarded correctly, ran the speed test again, etc. to no avail. The torrents never even begin to download. To make sure I was not downloading a private torrent, I downloaded.

A couple of months ago BitTorrent stopped downloading or uploading files. I had several files in the queue which had been downloading, but they stopped. I added other files, but got zero results. I haven't had time to track this down until now Right now several of the files show "connecting to. I have been working on downloading a few pretty big torrents. Now I see them uploading, I guess they're seeding, but they are not downloading. I am days into downloading them and using bit torrent web client. uTorrent is a proprietary adware BitTorrent client and it is very popular among users. uTorrent helps to download large files like movies, games, videos and so on within a few clicks. However, some issues might come up during the downloading, such as uTorrent stuck on connecting to peers or not downloading.

What does it mean when the torrents' download and seeding arrow icons are red, not blue (or green for seeding). Do I have a proble, and how can I fix it? The program says that the internet connection is fine, it has the green icon on the bottom of the status bar, cause I forwarded the port manually. It is one of the most common reasons for torrent files not downloading. What happens, particularly when trying to download an old torrent file, most BitTorrent users find that the transfer gets abrupt because the swarm has no seeds. There may not be enough peers to complete the full release, due to which not all torrents can download successfully. Wow Was it a easy fix.
